Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bossa Nova Tech BNT-POL-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brad-Harrison products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brabender parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Boston-Gear product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brad-Harrison such as the DN11AM450 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BT2161E4A1 manufactured by Brabender and we are pleased to be able to service most Brabender systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F71520BSH by Manufacturer Boston-Gear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Boston-Gear Brand S32630J1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Braun such as D42151U1 equipment made by Braun have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Braun products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Braun" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F72440B5J made by Boston-Gear as well as the popular BKF713B30SB5G original spares produced by Boston-Gear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRH350AN by Mitsubishi and D42151U1 spares by Braun are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSIRL20000A500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brechbuhler.
